the new education policy has been made up to serve the purpose which our fellow friends talk about. thats the solution to the problem listed. Abolishment of exams can never be a solution at all.. a common ground for evaluation and assessment needs to be there .

I noticed many people saying that the students get too pressurized and commit sucides etc. i feel for that, parents should talk to their children, mental health should be given focus . sucides happen for may other reasons too.. solution for that is proper attention to mental health, building up conversation with people with such thoughts... Abolishing the examinations can never be the solution for this.

India has been a land of cultural diveristy and integrity . In ancient times, students use to be part of "Gurukul" which was considered to be the place where the students use to learn and gain education for their overall development. Regular tests were been taken by the " guru " who use to train students based upon their capabilities and how they use to perform in these tests. Same way, even today In India, school hold examinations with the purpose of evaluating the students and making continuous improvement so that they can be a better individual and a successful person in their life.
