Customized learning paths based on interests
your entire premise here is based on the premise that all children have equal capabilities and interests. It reminds me of a quote by Albert Einstein "everyone is a genius, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing it is stupid' simply put, different students have different abilities, and hence the same test for all students isn't the correct notion to gauge their capabilities and intelligence. it is agreed that they might get to know where to improve, it isn't really happening these days, for the stamp of 'marks' are considered the most important, and more than the scope of improvement, exams have become a norm of deciding your future life.
school exams do have its own importance, it helps the child to understand the scope of improvement and makes him learn the basic blocks of development and also prepares him for the bigger challenges of life.
