IS PRIVATIZATION ONLY WAY TO DEVELOP EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS ?

Competition in education is fair only when the competitors are of equal strength. But unlike the western societies, in India there is a huge gap between rich and poor

Take example of private hospitals; They provide good facilities but also charge six seven times more than government hospitals.Same situation is with education........

Under the RTE Act even the private schools have to compulsorily have categories to provide free education. There can be stricter and more stringent laws with respect to the same and if need be there could be a tribunal set up to ensure that these rules and regulations are strictly followed. I believe that one must go to any extent to improve the quality of education in our country as the current situation of public schools is not satisfactory.

It seems a very small fraction of population wants privatization due to their own benefits.
