The Supreme Court has also been very vocal on the importance of public education institutions and their advantage. In so many cases where private education tried to take a defense that they could not give equal opportunities to all students because that wont be profitable, the Court did not permit such approach and came down heavily on them. Such approach must be stopped and privatization in education must be curbed.
