The main problem is that there are very few remedies to a citizen against a private institute so as to ensure they follow all rules and treat everyone equally.

The main problem is that there are very few remedies to a citizen against a private institute so as to ensure they follow all rules and treat everyone equally. Whereas against government schools, there are various options to a citizen to get an equal opportunity
