How can we suggest parents to motivate their kids during this pandemic as the role of parents turns into teacher nowadays.? 

ma'am you have shared a very nice tip.. parents must be involved in students activities and we see that the presentation of those students are really very amazing where parents support them. 

How can we make our class more interesting and engaging for students? 

In online classes it is easy to deal with children of primary or secondary class students as compared to pre primary students.Some times they are not  attentive in learning .How can we deal with this situation?

In truly speaking I had not decided anything at the age of 10.I used to read comics of phantom, cha-cha chowhadry and would watch detective serials like vyomkesh Bakashi.so I wanted to become a detective. 

My father instilled a passion of teaching in me. He is an inspiraton for me. Though he was not in this profession but after coming from his office he used to teach some of the nearby children free of cost.He moved my passion towards this noble work.  I think every work you do with diligently surely succeed. 

Ma'am though I never witnessed so much disturbing parents as I found them really very sincere while taking physical classes. As they support their child in studies as well.  But nowadays in online classes it seems that they are not taking it seriously and create nuisance in online classes.It effects the child learning and teaching as well.  How should this problem be solved?
