I have been significantly contributing to the education industry from the past thirteen years through my research and welfare initiatives. With my expertise and leadership qualities, I have also been trusted with the esteemed position of the President of Delhi Public Safety & Security Council at Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (WICCI). As they say with great power comes great responsibility, I have taken charge to bring changes in government policies, laws and incentives to strengthen safety mechanism for women and children. Walking this path, I realised the need to empower women and children to curb crimes against them. Being a Co-founder at Right Side Story, I also conduct legal literacy trainings for Schools, Colleges & Corporates. Every training module covers prevention & awareness on child safety policies & women protection laws in India (THE POCSO ACT, 2012 & THE POSH ACT, 2013), curated by a dedicated team of expert lawyers and communicators. And I aim to enhance the safety scenario of children & women in India.
