A call to someone to participate in a competitive situation or fight to decide who is superior in terms of ability or strength is called ‘challenge.’ A challenge is something new and difficult that requires great effort and determination.
Challenges faced in Classroom:
We all teachers face many challenges in our classrooms. Some challenges that we are facing in our classroom are as follows:
Applying a prescribed curriculum to all types of students
Keeping up with the expectations of school admins
Excessive paperwork for data collection
Not enough time to plan
Teachers being made accountable for more than they should
No time to deal with bodily functions
Teachers working too many roles at the same time
Lack of teamwork, empathy, and support between students
Less teaching time for teachers
Textbook exposure to learning
Redundant teaching techniques
Minium translation of teaching efforts
Stagnant tech devices

Understanding the different learning abilities and capacities of the students
