Vartika Ma'am, Do you think our mental status also reflects on our child and we as parents and teachers have to be more cautious about it? If so, how do we be careful?

Hi Priyanjali, It definitely does! Children tend to exhibit behaviours that they observe. This does not mean that you always have to put on your happy face in front of them, feel your feelings and express them. For instance, if you get angry at them and end up shouting at them - after calm yourself down, talk to them about what made you upset, what they could have differently and what can they do now. Discuss don't dictate. For more self-help material on maintaing your well-being, follow us on instagram https://www.instagram.com/mindpeers.co/.
