How can we solve the problem of reading at home???

Dear Mitesh, What students most need is structure. Since they do not have the structure of the school environment, something must be done to establish structure remotely. If students have access to a computer and the internet, they can have weekly meetings, but if they don't a plan has to be communicated to them. Make sure you collaborate with your fellow teachers to develop a reading plan for students. Students will feel more secure in their learning if they know there is some big picture plan that they can follow and build-towards. A lot of the work on your end is to find ways to create guided reading activities for a series of books or poems. This takes a lot of work, so that is why cooperation with your other fellow teachers is crucial. Warmly, Dr. Michael Grafals
