Ma'am, 
One of my friend is having difficulty in sleeping and concentrating  and taking stress in this period. How can I make her understand to live this period happily??

Hi Chandni, Having troubles sleeping and not feeling one's best are common concerns during the lockdown due to the uncertainties and fear of Covid-19.
