Hi Debasree, It is alright to be feeling this way during the lockdown. Children are filled with positive energy, but they are sure to get restless and frustrated too in a situation like this. To maintain healthy relationships at home and with children, acknowledge how you are feeling and talk to your children about it. Answer their questions about things that are bothering them instead of shutting them off, Limit media intake as it can be disturbing for both you and your children and lastly practice gratitude - with your children write down things your thankful for. A mindset of gratitude does wonders in improving one's attitude towards life.
