Hi Vartika

In times of lockdown, multi-tasking in itself a task, frustration and negative emotions are outpouring. What would you suggest for the same?

Hi Arjit, I hear you. To keep going, I suggest you make time for breaks and a self-care routine. You will only be able to do all your tasks when you're physically and mentally healthy. Share tasks and responsibilities with all family members, get some fresh air, excercise/do yoga, share your feelings with friends and family, do things that make you happy and don't beat yourself up if you don't feel like doing your tasks on a certain day.
