Dear Rahila, Coping with stress is going to be the biggest challenge and once this is over the issues like post-traumatic stress disorders will also crop up. Currently, staying positive is the biggest panacea. I am suggesting two tips. One is the Meditation week challenge, and another is 5 -Day Acts of Kindness Challenge. These meditations have nothing to do with religion/sect and can be done in 10-15 mins daily. According to many research, organizations/societies that practice a mindfulness meditation might dramatically reduce stress while simultaneously improving productivity/creativity. Mindfulness is simply paying attention to the present moment in an accepting, non-judgmental way, it is a simple practice freely available to all.
