Being a teacher, we always give our best in teaching? But how do we make sure that students are actually learning something meaningful and it is helping in their overall development?

-a friendly behaviour -kids tend to move closer to a teacher who is like a friend or sibling to them. -they will never lie or hide from a person who would motivate them in every aspect. -kids try and complete every task of their favourite person and try their best to make that favourite person happy IF they like her/him. -try to make a friendly and fun-loving environment in the classroom. -it will allow every kid to speak up their mind and even if they haven't completed their homework someday, they will try and tell you the honest reason behind it.
