What should be the ways to teach students when their parents are not educated enough to guide and monitor the progress?

This can be tricky but here are my suggestions: If you are on lockdown- send the child with some topic overview sheets that have all the necessary information on them. They can then go through this at home with their parents/siblings. If you are not on strict lockdown then gather 2 or 3 students (keeping distance of course) and get them to quiz each other so you are not relying on adult guidance.
