Yes, you are right, online teaching does take a lot of time to prepare. First, I would find out what other schools in your area are doing to support their students. If it is just online teaching then do you have a big team where you can share the responsibility? This way it is not left to one person. Also, in addition to online teaching can you offer maybe some worksheets/project-based activities that students have to complete and then send you a picture off?
