Ma'am, could you please suggest ways of making remote teaching and learning more interactive? A lot of time, it is becoming teacher driven.

Why not set the children an open-ended project that they take full ownership off? Set them a question and they have to think of the resources and methods of how they will answer the question. Here is a link also of some more practical based activities for different subjects.
