if the students disappoint with their studies and the results are too bad , then how do they deal with the family and friends?  in which way should teachers deal them to over come this stress?

zindagi ki race mein ghoda ban ke bhagna band karo, who will teach this to kids. Obviously teachers if not parents. Exams are just a stepping stone , sometime they will succeed others they won't. No one on this earth has been successful at all times. As a guru, your responsibility is not only to complete curriculum but you also need to teach them how to use failures to create base for future. Lets make our kids stronger and more resilient and not ones who can't face minor setbacks.
