Hi we can consciously instill empathy and gender equality in class. involve quiet children, share the responsibility of teaching and learning with children, helping them identify the challenges they face in schools and working with HMs and even if needed BOs to address and solve even some of the challenges. you help and build a democratic school and thus active citizenship
