Student and teacher relationship is an important element which impacts a student’s academic performance. A teacher’s attention in a class means a lot to a child. He or she can certainly perform better or have higher confidence if the teacher shown a certain amount of confidence in the child. Accordingly, if a child feels that a particular teacher is pointing at him or her repeatedly, the child tends to switch off. However, in most cases most students have common relationships with most teachers and have only a few special teachers
