Some of the students do not learn things with the same pace as their classmates ,sometimes they feel neglected. So there is one of the course in gurushala named learning difficulties .in which a strategy STEP is given. Specify, teach, examine and progress. In specify, teacher will tell them what they will be learn in upcoming class. They will repeat the objectives. In teaching, teacher will use different teaching aids to assist. In examine the teacher will understand students view. In progress, teacher will monitor students performance over a period of time. Very effective as I have implemented this .
