During start of new session new class finds me very strict and displined teacher so that they not intract  with me what can be the ways to mix with them in a good way?

Make your way of teaching interesting with the of colourful pictures ,videos related to the topic. Sometimes tell them moral fables so that children feel light with studies and will be familiar to you.

Sir, it is good that the students of your class assume you to little strict or disciplined but along with this it is also necessary that students can ask their doubts from you without hesitation . Use students name from starting as it will create a sense of familiarity and have a sense of humor while teaching. Learning with fun can create a unique change in your classroom.
