Teachers’ self-assurance in their ability to accomplish in a way that leads to student learning is a characteristic of major importance which is highly correlated with the educational process Special Education is a demanding field of training where strong beliefs are of principal importance. Their perceptions about instructional strategies, classroom management and students’ engagement in relation to Teaching Self Efficacy show that Special Educators can cope with the educational difficulties due to their level of training and their experience in special education classrooms.
