My personal view is innovation and new methods of teaching generate interest and better assimilation of knowledge at the receiver's end. So creativity at the end of teachers can influence the performance of students positively, however in third world countries innovation at the students end may not reap fruitful results as methods of teaching are traditional and might not be welcomed by old method of learning by the examiners. But a good area to explore. My instinct cultural and social factors would be important variables to study, specifically attitudes and opinions

Yes Certainly ! Creativity gives us the capacity to think out of the box even while wiritng answers and presenting themselves. A person who is dull and not creative will face a lot of classroom challenges on the same and it will be difficult for the person to cope up with the same !
