The best thing about being a teacher is seeing students learn, seeing them "get it." That moment is what makes it all worthwhile: the prep work, the hassles, and the planning. When what you planned the night before, makes a connection with a student, and they learn something they did not know before.

आगमन विधि में हम पहले बच्चों को उदाहरण देते हैं। बच्चों को प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव तथा उदाहरण अच्छी तरह से समझ जाते हैं। अतः जब अध्यापक उदाहरण देता है तो बच्चे उसे जीवन से संबंधित कर के अच्छे से सीख लेते हैं। यह विधि विशिष्ट से सामान्य की ओर चलती है। प्राथमिक स्तर पर ही है सबसे अच्छी विधि है।
