Most of the students of our school comes from poor family parents works in factories, or having small business. Mostly father couldn't give proper time for their kids. And students doesn't afraid of mother. It effects their study a lot. How can we as teacher change parents thinking towards the study of the kids?

Tell him about parents hard work for her sun.Also tell him what is mother,she how his life serve for her child.Tell importance of education in life.Inspir him to study,

PTM meetings should be converted into parent student engagements ! Do some activity wherein the parent and their child has to participate and such engagements give the parent the push to be more involved in the students life ! And sometimes give homework for parents to complete instead as well! You can build the bonds of relationship so strong that they will take part or initiative !
