One of my fellow teacher said, he does not need to prepare to teach his class. What does "preparation" mean in teaching? How important it is for a teacher?

Sir before doing any kind of work either personal or professional Planning and preparation play a very important role for better result and outcomes.If ur colleague start teaching without preparation that means the whole class performing as unidirectional..and teacher also not focused..preparation and planning makes are class more interactive and multitasking...

Preparation is very important ! Even before going for a war, one prepares for all options and for all back up plans and hence it is the same for the students wherein we prepare what the student has to be taught and what all topics to be covered so that their is a fullfillment of the academic year

First to teacher ki avaj 2) without book padhana ( science , maths 3)TLM ka use karkehi maths padhana 4) practical models ke sath science pad ha na .
