It is very true that a teacher needs to understand psychology and behavioral attributes of students to understand the student and pre-empt the approach of the student so that the teacher can design class smartly! Addtionaly i would also like to add to understadn the psychology of parents is important, i fthe student is uncared for as a child at the home, you as a teachwer will have to take additional steps in making sure that the student attention is cared for and try your best to give a holistic environment of care and attention which will make the student himself be interested towards listening and making notes in your class! There are different things that a teacher can do, i request all educators to share their ideas and approaches in class as well !
