The other reason why students thought it was important for teachers to get to know their students was so that they would know them as people. ... They felt it was important to know and understand their interests, hobbies, and what was important to them so that a teacher could treat them with kindness and respect. Often by knowing students only you will be as a teacher understand their strengths & weakness and how you will tackle them ! Along with the same work can approach the learning ability of the student! these are the premises on which you can work wherein you will be able to provide a better direction to the students as well !
