Is really a child labour stop...because still  some are doing labour in hotels, cleaning vehicle..when our india become a child labour free country...rules are published but implementation Nil

The reason is simple. Child labour is cheaper than adult labour and child labour can work for longer hours and no liability as compared to adult labourers. It can become a child labour free country if we the citizens also play our active role. How many of us report a case of child labour and follow up with the same. Along with the establishment it is also the duty of the citizens to be aware. The least you can do is refuse upfront to be served by the child labour in the hotel, when people collectively do it , the owner has no other option.
