I have children in my class who are working in hazardous conditions in factories for daily wages after school. They aren’t willing to leave because for them it’s some amount they can earn. As a teacher, I have tried my best to help what else can be done to ensure that factories shouldn’t encourage child labour?

File a complaint with the Factories Inspectors, file a police complaint or the simplest, clicke photographs and upload them on facebook, twitter or other social media. Social Media is powerful and can highlight this issue. About Convinving children it is more important to convince the parents that children are not supposed to earn until they are 18 years of age. Government has a lot of schemes for People Below Poverty Line, educate them about those, so that for few rupees, they do not send children to the hazardous factories.
