To be a teacher is HARD. Everywhere in the world, teachers face similar challenges, whether you are just starting or have been teaching for decades. Here I will share some challenges of teachers. 1. Lack of teamwork, empathy and support among students With more focus on individual student performance, many teachers find that teamwork does not play an important enough role in classrooms. If students spend most of their time working individually, they do not get the opportunity to improve their social and teamwork skills. These are particularly important to develop in primary and middle school 2. Teachers who play multiple roles at the same time Social workers, psychiatrists and counselors represent only a few hats that teachers are expected to wear throughout the day. To help their students, they feel compelled to adopt these roles themselves, even if they do not have proper training. They still do, though, because they care. 3. No time to deal with physical tasks! Throughout the day, teachers must jump from one task to another and are often forced to neglect their own bodies. There are no bathrooms or water breaks for teachers; Sometimes they have no lunch break at all. 4. Teachers are being made accountable for more than they need Teachers do not feel that accountability is shared equally between them, students and parents. This can create a stressful environment. With diplomacy it is also difficult for parents to express this feeling. But when parents arrive at night, ready or not, the teachers put the face of their game on. 5. Not enough time to plan Teachers often meet the time constraints given to prepare, plan and execute all the tasks they demand. Updating content presentations and documents, fixing old material, and adopting topics for a new group of students are some of the tasks teachers want to do for longer.
Teacher cannot effectively teach every student in a classroom, if the class size exceeds about 30,
1) Lack of time for planning 2)Lot of paper work 3)Performance pressure from school administration 4)Balancing diverse learning needs 5)Lack of proper funding 6)Lack of parental support
