Sir, Indian education policy still have to learn a lot although i think there is hope for improvement with the upcoming draft policy which talks about inclusion and grading system to the core and having a holistic approach to all subjects and also having a common paper like SATs which will be a benchmark for colleges and universities in coming future ! The growth of the policy can be done through rightful implementation and that's through us, don't you agree sir?

The National Policy on Education (NPE-1968) was prepared to improve the quality of education in the country and was focused on providing education facilities to all the citizens of the nation. The policy has been reviewed in subsequent years. It was further updated in 1992 to spread knowledge and freedom of thought among the citizens of the country. Though education is in the concurrent list of the Constitution of India, the State Governments play an important role in the development of education especially in the primary and the secondary levels.
