विद्यालय एक ऐसा स्थान है जहाँ अभिभावक अपने बच्चों को भरोसे के साथ भेजते हैं कि उनका बच्चा सुरक्षित है, हमे उनके विश्वास को बनाये रखने के लिए क्या क्या कदम उठाने चाहिए?

Hi, True. Parents send children to school because they trust their teachers and the environment. Teachers can regularly interact with students. Take little interest in their personal lives but do not make it look like interfearing. Conduct training programs for parents. Trust is built on clear communication, that is what I feel. Also take strict action against the wrong doers and have strict rules against misbehaviour that itself will help you gain the parents trust.
