There are multiple of challenges a teacher generally face in a government school set up. A few of them are as follows- 1. classroom size 2. Difference in age group of children 3. Family economic and social background 4. Technology and equipment 5. Poverty 6. Parents involvement 7. Lack of continuous support from the government for regular needs 8. Teachers involvement in other task apart from teaching 9. Poor infrastructure 10. Red-tapism in implementation of things 11. Gradual decrease in teachers and students teaching learning motivation
