Making Parents aware of the importance of education and showing them the bigger picture of what the child will be capable of becoming in the long run! Secondly what we can do is help the family provide economic help from nongovernmental organizations or help them with crowdfunding their basic necessities through other people's help all over India! Also what I did is attract the child to my school through mid-day meals and smart class due to which parents started sending the child to the school! An example of someone who has gone to do better employment opportunities is how parents feel like sending their children to school!

For students who have financial issue tends to have low interest in studies, as a teacher you can do the following : 1. Talk to the child and tell him about the importance of studies as to how much more he can earn if he is a graduate. 2. You can record your lectures of the class and give it to the child as a learning resource so he can continue his studies even if he /she misses the class. 3. You can as a teacher suggest that child to take your classes and instead of working he/she can provide tuition to younger students for income source.

First of all according to child labor law, he should not work if he in under 14. But of course if he has finical problem there are some NGO who works for such kind of children and provide free education. They also help parent for small business or work.

ऐसी स्थिति में बहुत ही कठिनाई सामने आती है । पर बच्चे को अपने घर की व्यवस्था करना भी बहुत ही जरूरी होता ही है । मेरे सामने भी यही स्थिति बार बार अती है । कुछ छात्रों को तो विद्यालय में कुछ घण्टे की पढ़ाई के लिए ही allow किया हुआ है जिस से पढ़ने के बाद वे काम पर जा सकें । कुछ को सप्ताह के कुछ दिन ,जो उनके लिए आसान हों , उन्ही दिनों में विद्यालय आने के लिए अनुमति दे दी है । प्रयास यही है कि जितना भी वे हमसे सीख सकते हैं ,उसमे हम उनको सहयोग करें । बाकी तो उनका नसीब ही है।

एक अध्यापक स्कूल में पैसे कमाने के लिए जरूर जाता है लेकिन उसको बच्चों को ज्यादा से ज्यादा लगाओ रखकर के पढ़ाना चाहिए और उससे उसको दोनों फायदे हो जाएंगे पैसे का सोर्स भी हो जाएगा और बच्चों की पढ़ाई भी अच्छी हो जाएगी
