How can we motivate those students who do not take interest in any kind of activity  and always disturb the class?

Motivation is the key to success. It gives the learner a push to do more and better. Here are some tips- 1. Appreciate their skills and give them a chance to showcase it. 2. Give rewards to students on their small achievements too. 3. Show them some lecture video on motivation. 4. Tell them stories which foster them to think more. 5. Tell them about some good innovation and about people life and their innovation journey. 6. Give them an opportunity where they can help others or do something good for the society. It foster them a sense of responsibility and motivate them to do more.

We can know their interest by asking them directly or from their parents and start doing what they like, eg. Playing, art, maths, science etc. etc. Try to trigger their emotions and attach yourself with them.
