How to maintain Balance between a twins children studying in same class and one is topper while other is below average .parent's always compare both ...how teacher help

It is very important to understand that each child has a learning pace and ability. Not all the learners are equal. So it’s not good to compare them. Here are some tips for a teacher- 1. You should have an observation recorded on paper what you can show to their parents. 2. Understand each learner’s needs, write them down and then apply some feasible solution for their improvement. 3. Use different methods of assessment because all the learner’s skills can not be measured with the same measuring tool. 4. Identify their interest and skill and polish them to make it more better. It can be a good thing to show parents too.

I guess, As a teacher, We should give some real-life example to the parents so that they could develop their understanding level. And we should focus a little bit more on the weaker student.
