an introvert student lacks confidence to come up and share his own opinions. as teachers, it becomes our responsibility to encourage them so that they do not feel left out. another approach towards this observation would be that the teacher having conversation with the mother. every child is equal. as teachers, we must assist them in bridging such gaps. parents should be told that every individual is different and not two children of the family would act or perform the same way.
