Customized learning paths based on interests
Yes, there are some students who need motivation in the classroom. All the students behave differently and learn at a different pace. It is a very challenging task for a teacher to keep all the students engaged in the classroom so there can be a focused learning process. As a teacher, you need to build curiosity, interest, and passion for students... I want to suggest to do a course "Student engagement" This course is about the different techniques which can be used by the teachers for engaging students in the learning process and help those students who are unable to perform actively. I'm sharing the link here, also you can find this course in the courses section on this Gurushala website... Happy teaching...

You can have a group activity or role play in your class in which you take 3 children who answer and form a group of 3 children who do not answer, so that the non-speaking children will also work with each other in a group.
There are many indoor activities that can encourage your students speaking, i.e. at secondary school level, try using solving problems exercises, debate controversial issues (women are second class in the society living in the city is better than living in the country: debate). Other activities are simulations on the basis of interesting stories.
