The study schedule is often customized according to the needs of the child. Focus on the most productive time that the child had and target the same time with a structure to achieve a better outcome! Students can be made to self-actualized so that he or she can work on hoe to extend the timetable he or she has set for themselves. Shared some ideas through a website as well ! hope this helps

There is no such thing like ‘ Best time table'. Nobody can tell time table that suits you because it varies person to person. However you can know about other’s daily routine and make suitable changes to it. there is no harm in picking up good things from others. Students have to be made often realised that it is picked up through reflecting on your methods of using the time to the best of your use for your better results !
