How to make students aware of gender and sexuality? What measures shall we take and at what level shall it be implemented?  हम विद्यार्थियों को जेंडर एवं यौनिकता(gender and sexuality) के बारे में कैसे जागरूक कर सकते है?  हमे किस प्रकार के कदम इस दिशा में उठाने चाहिये और किस स्तर से इसकी शुरुआत होनी चाहिये।

When students enter teenage, they undergo various physical and hormonal changes. During this phase, they require a safe and comfortable environment where they can ask questions on gender and sexuality, share their concerns and clarify their confusion. Here, teachers can play an important role. For example, they can show a video on good touch and bad touch in school to discuss on issues of consent that are relevant for both males and females. Also, we can conduct activities and games where students of different gender and sexes have a healthy interaction with each other. I think for boys, there needs to be discussions on what they understand by masculinity . Many boys feel that boys should not cry, should be aggressive, etc. We need to have discussions with them to tell them that it's alright to have emotions and express the same.
