How can we deal with students who are not introverts but fear to express their thoughts in front of the class?

Activities that build up the excitement of the students often help in getting them out of the shell! one needs to understand what activities is most favoured in the class and should implement this !

Don't directly put these students to speak in front of the bunch of people. Allow them to start giving their views, let them ask questions from peer, understand in what subject they are good at then give them a chance to represent it.
