If any child is not able to memorize any answer even he /she repeated many times so whats have teacher responsibility?

The teacher should try and find the reason for the student not being able to answer and then try and explore other methods like activity based methods, show digital content, connect concepts to real life etc.

Memorization has enjoyed a surge of defenders recently. They argue that memorization exercises the brain and even fuels deep insights. They say our haste to purge old-school skills-driven teaching from our schools has stranded a generation of students upriver without a paddle. They recommend new apps aiming to make drills fun instead of tedious. Most of all, they complain that rote learning has become taboo, rather than accepted as a healthy part of a balanced scholastic diet.

Before memorization, student should be helped in understanding the basic concept by the teacher. And then help him creating the answer himself instead of memorizing a particular answer.
