To clean mouth cavity which has the particles of eaten food and clear the deposits of chewed food .

for dental hygiene we should brush twice a day morning and before going to bed also.

We have to clean our tongue also.

To maintain proper dental fitness should eat calcium rich food like milk , eggs, nuts , meat and leafy vegetables.

We should regularly brush out teeth to clean the left over food particles which can later cause tooth decay.
