Hello Everyone!

Share your views on - Yesterday, it was announced that the Class 12 result will now be based on Class 10 (30% based on three best subjects marks), class 11 (30% of final exam), and class 12 (40%) based on unit test/mid-term/pre-board.

What do you think about this latest evaluation criteria? What could be the challenges?

I think it's a good decision and welcomed by the students who consistently perfomed well. They got sufficient time and every means of continuing studies previously .The ratio 30:30:40 seems quite acceptable as their best of marks have to be taken into consideration. Many of the students have no access of internet this time due to various reasons .so it could be a relief to them. They did hard to tackle the class 10th board and opt stream in 11th according to their interest. So it is a favourable decision for schools and students.

Its not proper Evaluation of students knowledge of 12th std. Because mostly student's have different marks in 10th,11th std.  Also some student's do more efforts in 12th std. So its not proper result method to 12th student's. 

In 12 th standard , mostly teaching done by online process. Some can't join their coonectivity issues. So they not given written test properly. Overall i think their result not so good.
