किसी व्यक्ति के लिए कार्य के दौरान प्रशिक्षण क्यों आवश्यक है? उत्तर : प्रौद्योगिकी परिवर्तन एक सतत प्रक्रिया है। यह कभी नहीं रूकती। अतः अपनी श्रम शक्ति को अद्यतन करने के लिए हमें उन्हें कार्य के दौरान प्रशिक्षण देने की आवश्यकता है।
