Option B is correct. Mathura oil refinery hazard to Taj Mahal is caused by polluting gases consisting of sulphur dioxidehydrogen sulphide, and nitrogen oxides. As a result, Taj Mahal's marble will get corroded and lose its lustre due to its reaction to atmospheric acid gases or acid rain.

(B) sulphur. Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of the World located at Agra in India. The once white Taj Mahal is turning yellow and the marble is severely affected. This area is heavily polluted because of the emission of gases and other pollutants present in the air like oxides of sulphur nitrogen carbon etc.

Sulphur dioxide is a non metallic oxide which when reacts with water of rain produces acid rain . It is the reason of yellowing of white marble of Taj Mahal.
