What amount of exercise is required for good health? What are the consequences of not getting enough exercise?

Not getting enough physical activity can lead to heart disease—even for people who have no other risk factors. It can also increase the likelihood of developing other heart disease risk factors, including obesity, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes.

It depends upon the weight of a person but 150 minutes per week is recommended. 

Consequences can be lifestyle disorders and obesity

The amount of exercise should not exceed the energy we gain.

We should exercise according to our food diet.

As we eat something , necessarily some amount of work should be done,if not it may cause high levels of cholesterol, fatigue and many more..
